1. Processing

All orders are printed and packed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).

2. Delivery

Metro: 5-7 days
Rest of India: 7-10 days

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. Please allow 24 hours for the status to update on the courier's system.

5. Non-Delivery

We make 3 delivery attempts. If a package is returned (RTO) due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a Re-shipping fee of ₹99 will be required to ship it again.
