1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, your order is automatically sent to print and cannot be stopped.

To cancel: WhatsApp us (only) at +91 7079611248 with your Order ID.

2. Return Eligibility

Every poster is custom-printed for you (Print-on-Demand). Therefore, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Wrong size selection
Dislike of artwork aesthetic

3. Free Replacement

We will send a Free Replacement if:

Poster arrives damaged (torn/wet).
Print is defective (blurred/wrong colors).
Wrong design or size received.

4. How to Report

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery:

01. Record a clear unboxing video showing the label.
02. Send photos/video to contact@posterparadise.in.
03. We will verify and ship a replacement within 48 hours.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Credits will appear in your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
