1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and sent to print within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to fridays). Orders placed on fridays and Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time Once your poster is printed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days.
- Rest of India: 7 to 10 business days.
- Remote Areas (J&K, North East): 10 to 14 business days via India Post.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (5-10 days).
3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier’s website.
4. Courier Partners We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery and India post to ensure safe delivery.
5. Non-Delivery If our courier partner attempts delivery and you are not available, they will try again 2 more times. If the package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incomplete address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee of ₹99 may apply.
