1. Cancellation Policy You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, your order is automatically sent to our printing partner and can no longer be cancelled.
- To cancel, whatsapp us immediately at 7079611248 with your Order ID.
2. Return Policy (Damaged/Defective Only) Since every poster is printed specifically for you (Print-on-Demand), we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike of the artwork.
However, we will send a FREE REPLACEMENT if:
- The poster arrives damaged (torn, wet).
- The print is defective (blurred, wrong colors).
- You received the wrong design or size.
3. How to Report an Issue You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Take clear unboxing video of the damaged poster and the packaging label.
- Email or whatsapp the photos to contact@posterparadise.in or 7079611248.
- We will verify the issue and ship a replacement within 48 hours.
4. Refunds Refunds are only processed if we cannot provide a replacement.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank) within 5-7 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
